About the role

  • Coordinating project timelines, logistics, and communications for SAP deployment into 4SQ stores.
  • Managing project trackers, deployment schedules, and task lists to ensure visibility and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Supporting the preparation and distribution of documentation, including training materials, store readiness templates, and meeting packs.
  • Organising deployment-related meetings—preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
  • Acting as a liaison between the deployment team, store personnel, and external partners to ensure aligned communication and expectations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Strong skills in reporting and data tracking, including experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and professional style.
  • High attention to detail and a process-driven approach to managing tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across store teams, internal departments, and outsourced partners.
