About the role
- Provide support to users of our FoodGenius software solution and assist employees of our company and our parent company Glückliche Gäste GmbH
- Maintain and service IT infrastructure — both internally and at customer sites
- Provide telephone support, including handling complex inquiries, always with a solution-oriented approach
- Participate in an on-call rotation with the team to ensure our service commitment outside regular business hours
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Some experience with networking
- Friendly and professional manner, even in demanding situations
- Ability to write clear, error-free emails
- Willingness to learn and self-motivation
- Loyalty to the company and strong team spirit
- Resilience and a good sense of humor, even in challenging situations
