About the role

  • Provide support to users of our FoodGenius software solution and assist employees of our company and our parent company Glückliche Gäste GmbH
  • Maintain and service IT infrastructure — both internally and at customer sites
  • Provide telephone support, including handling complex inquiries, always with a solution-oriented approach
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with the team to ensure our service commitment outside regular business hours

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of Linux
  • Some experience with networking
  • Friendly and professional manner, even in demanding situations
  • Ability to write clear, error-free emails
  • Willingness to learn and self-motivation
  • Loyalty to the company and strong team spirit
  • Resilience and a good sense of humor, even in challenging situations
