About the role

  • Overall responsibility for selected enterprise customers — from pilot phase through rollout to long-term scaling
  • Managing complex customer projects in close collaboration with internal teams (Dev, Data, Customer Success)
  • Primary point of contact for senior stakeholders on the client side (including C-level, program and project owners)
  • Ensuring structured, professional communication and excellent expectations management
  • Translating customer requirements into clear project plans, milestones and implementation priorities
  • Identifying upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
  • Supporting contract negotiations and the development of enterprise pricing models
  • Actively contributing to the development of our enterprise account and project management structures

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Key Account Management or Enterprise Customer Management — ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in managing complex customer projects (e.g., rollouts, integrations, international setups)
  • Strong confidence in dealing with enterprise customers and decision-makers at senior and C-level
  • Structured, solution-oriented work style with strong commitment and an ownership mentality
  • Ability to communicate technical and data-driven topics clearly and persuasively
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional, international teams
  • Excellent German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2) language skills, both written and spoken.
