About the role

  • You design our web applications from concept through to implementation
  • You create mockups, user flows and concepts
  • Close collaboration with the development team during implementation
  • Support implementing ViewComponents in Ruby on Rails
  • Ensure consistency, usability and technical feasibility
  • Iteratively improve and evolve existing interfaces

Requirements

  • Experience in UI/UX design for digital products
  • Strong sense for layout, typography and interaction
  • Confident use of design tools such as Figma
  • Basic understanding of HTML & CSS
  • Ideally experience with Tailwind CSS
  • Interest in component-based workflows
  • Very strong language skills: German (at least C1) or English at near-native level
