About the role

  • Lead and execute marketing activities for FoodChain ID’s Technical Services division in the U.S.
  • Define product positioning, execute launches, create customer-facing materials, and drive demand for Testing, Certification, and Food Safety solutions.
  • Collaborate across sales, enablement, business leaders, and global marketing teams.
  • Drive go-to-market execution, develop messaging, enable sales, and support campaigns for Testing, Certification, and Food Safety services.
  • Working closely with industry experts, commercial, and global marketing teams, shape market success across the U.S.

Requirements

  • Define the overall product marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for our products & services.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product management to understand product roadmap and features, translating technical details into customer benefits.
  • Develop go-to-market plans and ensure successful product launches.
  • Develop clear and compelling product messaging and marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, product videos, and case study webinars.
  • Own design and content production of visually appealing and impactful marketing assets.
  • Create high-quality, customer-facing materials: value propositions, case studies, product sheets, and sales decks.
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to ensure alignment and optimization to generate pipeline from every campaign.
  • Develop and deliver sales training to ensure internal alignment and readiness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase product adoption, and drive customer engagement.
  • Conduct customer research and gather market intelligence to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop customer personas and use market insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
