About the role
- Be the main point of contact for candidates during our Match Day recruiting process
- Manage scheduling, communication, onboarding, and interview coordination between candidates and companies
- Conduct phone screens with candidates to confirm details and answer questions
- Help candidates polish their profiles so they present their best selves to companies
- Provide interview prep and guidance to candidates
- Keep candidate data organized and up to date
- Support team operations by ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
- Learn sourcing skills over time (with training and mentorship from our team)
- Gain exposure to the AI/tech recruiting landscape and start building technical recruiting skills
- Work the room at our hosted industry events
- Connect with candidates and clients to encourage participation in Match Day
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience (customer service, recruiting coordination, executive assistant, or other people-facing/organizational roles. preferred)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with candidates on the phone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in AI, technology, and building a career in recruiting
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience in recruiting, HR, or talent coordination (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with scheduling, applicant tracking systems, or sourcing tools (Nice to Have)
- Experience using AI tools in your work (Nice to Have)
