About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from first touch through close, managing both inbound MQLs and outbound-generated opportunities
- Engage directly with business owners and decision-makers at small motor carriers and fleets
- Manage lead efficiency and prioritize daily activity to maximize conversion and revenue
- Deliver a consultative, needs-based sales approach tailored to each customer’s compliance and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and pipeline forecasts
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets in a transactional, high-velocity sales environment
- Stay knowledgeable on Foley’s SaaS offerings and relevant industry regulations to effectively position solutions
- Compete against both internal status quo and external competitors to win new business
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, BDR-to-AE roles, or transactional B2B selling
- Comfortable managing your own pipeline without BDR support
- Strong communicator who can confidently engage and influence decision-makers
- Organized and disciplined in managing leads, follow-up, and sales process
- Coachable, gritty, and motivated by clear goals and performance-based success
- Comfortable with short sales cycles and monthly quota responsibility
- Bonus if you have experience in:
- B2B SaaS sales
- Short-cycle, transactional deal environments
- Transportation, compliance, safety, or regulated industries
