About the role
- Administer employee benefits programs and lead annual benefits enrollment process
- Oversee the organization’s retirement plan and manage plan administration
- Support the annual compensation review cycle and conduct salary benchmarking
- Manage workers’ compensation plan administration and assist with worker classification processes
- Provide responsive and confidential HR operations support including co-managing the HR inbox
- Contribute to the development and rollout of HR programs related to benefits administration, compensation practices, and compliance initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct experience in employee benefits administration, compensation processes, and compliance-related activities
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving, and judgement skills
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience managing HRIS systems and ensuring data integrity
