• Account growth: Cross-sell, upsell, and generate referrals to build long-term strategic partnerships

• Take full ownership of the entire UK property estate
• Lead strategy across leases, space planning, and site integration
• Provide strategic oversight across fleet, Health & Safety, and ESG
• Line manage a small team and act as the senior expert voice
• Work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and report directly into the Head of People
• Own budgets, lead procurement, navigate complex lease portfolios, and assist during M&A integrations

Group Facilities, Compliance Manager

Accountant

• Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting into Group in line with set timelines
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany accounts
• Produce and submit VAT returns accurately and on time
• Provide clear commentary on financial performance and key variances
• Maintain accurate ledgers to reflect the current business position
• Support the Finance Director and Senior Leadership Team with financial insights
• Work with group colleagues and external advisors, supporting audit and strategic initiatives
• Run and review control reports (e.g. aged debtors/creditors, cashbook)
• Support the wider business with finance processes, ensuring clarity and consistency
