About the role

  • Lead transformative AI initiatives at FNTS.
  • Manage the AI program lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
  • Participate in work breakdown sessions and planning sessions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and external vendors.
  • Own oversight, risk management, decision making, and escalations at the higher program level.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years experience in program management or application implementation following application or software development lifecycle practices including compliance and risk management.
  • Minimum two years of experience in AI, digital innovation, or related fields, with proven expertise in project implementation and strategy development at a management level.
  • Associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field required; and/or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications in AI or digital innovation are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and present to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
