About the role

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation
  • Work in partnership with agile scrum teams, architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate Discovery sessions and planning sessions to build out epics and a timetable for the project(s)
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure that major milestones are being met
  • Work closely with external vendors to align plans, track, and hold them accountable to meeting delivery milestones
  • Own oversight, risk management, decision making and escalations at the higher project level
  • Actively monitor work within the ServiceNow and Smartsheet tools
  • Present accomplishments, expected timelines, barriers, and progress to leadership

Requirements

  • 5 years of professional experience
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience managing projects
  • Experience managing projects in an Agile Environment
  • Preferred experience with ServiceNow (Agile & Project Portfolio Modules)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field OR equivalent work experience
  • Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
