Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation
Work in partnership with agile scrum teams, architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders
Facilitate Discovery sessions and planning sessions to build out epics and a timetable for the project(s)
Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure that major milestones are being met
Work closely with external vendors to align plans, track, and hold them accountable to meeting delivery milestones
Own oversight, risk management, decision making and escalations at the higher project level
Actively monitor work within the ServiceNow and Smartsheet tools
Present accomplishments, expected timelines, barriers, and progress to leadership

Requirements

5 years of professional experience
3 to 7 years of relevant experience managing projects
Experience managing projects in an Agile Environment
Preferred experience with ServiceNow (Agile & Project Portfolio Modules)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field OR equivalent work experience
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
