Design and develop high-performance, responsive React components and interfaces for our internal GenAI platform
Architect and implement backend services supporting our AI operations, leveraging serverless technologies and cloud-native approaches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements
Establish best practices and technical standards for our GenAI platform development
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for complex features
Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and maintainability
Partner with Architecture to evolve technical designs and infrastructure
Collaborate with our Agile delivery team in all Scrum ceremonies and processes

Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in React ecosystem (React Hooks, Context API, state management solutions)
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly serverless technologies like Lambda and API Gateway
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of software design patterns and architecture principles
Experience with performance optimization and building highly resilient systems
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
Nice to Have: Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or similar modern web frameworks
Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or other AI/ML services
Understanding of banking or financial services domain
Experience with real-time data processing or streaming architectures
