About the role
- Focus on key accounts and integrations.

- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and key customers for requirement gathering.
- Translate customer needs into structured solutions.

- Track deadlines and commitments for key accounts.

- Build internal documentation for solution design.
Requirements
- Experience in customer or internal stakeholder facing roles.
- Ability to communicate with professional poise and represent the brand clearly.
- Deep customer curiosity and ability to investigate customer requests.
- Strong technical curiosity regarding APIs and data structures.
- Familiarity with modern productivity tools and AI.
- Ability to manage projects and deadlines with precision.
- Creativity within existing constraints with strong documentation skills.
