About the role
- Operational support of our EOR projects in Germany (onboarding and offboarding of employees, contract creation, master data maintenance)
- Ongoing support of employees as HR contact person (questions about contracts, vacation, benefits, certificates, etc.)
- Coordination of external service providers (e.g., company cars, public transport ticket, other benefits)
- Communication with our international clients, answering operational questions and supporting the sales team with proposals and project implementations
- Support for the management team with organizational tasks (e.g., scheduling, preparation of documents, travel management) in the sense of a small Executive Assistant component
- Participation in the optimization of our internal HR and project processes
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or degree, ideally with a focus on HR, business administration or a related field
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, HR Operations, HR Administration or in Customer Success / Account Management with strong customer interaction
- Very strong organizational and work-planning skills; structured and independent working style
- Excellent English, spoken and written (at least C1 level)
- Excellent German, spoken and written (at least C1 level)
- Confident user of MS Office; experience with HR/payroll systems is an advantage
- Strong service orientation, enjoyment of direct contact with clients and employees, open and communicative personality
