About the role
- Operational management of our EOR projects in Germany (onboarding and offboarding of employees, contract creation, maintenance of master data)
- Ongoing support of employees as the HR contact person (questions about contracts, vacation, benefits, certificates, etc.)
- Coordination of external service providers (e.g. company cars, job ticket, other benefits)
- Communication with our international clients, answering operational questions and supporting the sales team with proposals and project implementations
- Support for the executive team with organizational tasks (e.g. scheduling, preparation of documents, travel management) as part of a small Executive Assistant component
- Participation in the optimization of our internal HR and project processes
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or degree, ideally with a focus on HR, business administration (BWL) or a related field
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, HR operations, HR administration or customer success / account management with a strong customer-facing component
- Very strong organizational skills, structured and independent working style
- Excellent English, spoken and written (at least C1 level)
- Excellent German, spoken and written (at least C1 level)
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with HR/payroll systems is an advantage
- Strong service orientation, enjoyment of direct contact with clients and employees, open and communicative personality
