Feedback into product development based opportunities and pain points discovered through this process.
Directly engage with our airline customers’ subject matter experts, and business leads to ensure adoption of our new features and smooth running of day-to-day operations
Identify new opportunities to make the FLYR Marketing Technology Platform easier and more useful
Write product release notes, deliver demos and drive product adoption
Work directly with engineering to communicate clear product requirements based
Demonstrate and support adoption of new functionality
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience
Your current role may be as a channel operator - perhaps in a marketing channel like email or web - either client side or at an agency
Domain knowledge in digital marketing technology, specifically email, search, social and web - you should be a good marketing technology generalist who knows how the machine works
Customer-centric with a proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights
Experience coordinating requirements across diverse stakeholders, partners, and development teams
Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions
Excellent written and verbal communications
Familiarity using research, prototypes, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
Ability to work effectively both in a team environment, independently and with remote teams
