Executive Assistant

• This role is fully remote within the United States, with a strong preference for a candidate based in the Bay Area. If you’re located in the Bay Area, you’ll have the opportunity to co-work with our team in-person in San Mateo once a week.\n• You’ll be responsible for: Managing our Executive team’s calendars - scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and keeping everyone on track; Serving as the go-to person for day-to-day administrative needs; Creating, editing, and polishing communications, presentations, and internal documents for clarity and accuracy; Conducting research on vendors, tools, or special projects to provide data-driven recommendations for executive and team decisions; Providing personal and family assistance as needed (e.g. booking appointments, coordinating household logistics, gift sourcing, etc.); There will also be opportunities for you to support our company operations wherever we need help and based on your own interests - such as event planning, social media, setting up new tools or systems, standardizing internal processes, and more!
