About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build Fluxon’s sales operations program from the ground up, including sales goals and forecasting, frameworks, processes, and feedback loops.
- Identify high-impact growth opportunities across pipeline, conversion, sales productivity and revenue performance.
- Assist the sales team in the review, revision, and administration of client proposals and contracts.
- Design Fluxon’s sales operations to improve lead flow, accelerate deal velocity, and improve win rates.
- Own sales operations success end-to-end, including defining metrics, tracking, reporting, and performance.
- Lead cross-functional execution of the sales process across Sales, Biz Dev, Marketing, Finance, Executives, and the Delivery team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience managing complex program management, sales/revenue/business operations, sales strategy, or similar function in a fast-paced consultancy, agency, or enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of building sales operations and revenue planning from zero-to-one.
- Experience operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, with strong analytical and modeling skills in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, revenue planning, and the design of sales planning frameworks, forecasting models, performance dashboards, and Excel/Google sheets-based tools.
- Experience creating client proposals, pricing, and contract workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build alignment with senior leadership and executives across technical and non-technical functions.
- Strong track record of making data-informed recommendations in environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Strong skills in risk management, conflict resolution, and making trade-off decisions in high-pressure settings.
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is preferred.
