About the role
- Own and improve customer metrics including KYC, retention, and lifecycle conversion.
- Lead strategic commercial and compliance initiatives that drive CVM, loyalty, and share of wallet.
- Design and optimise customer journeys across onboarding, generosity, and lifecycle stages.
- Translate regulatory and compliance change into better customer experiences and sustainable commercial outcomes.
- Own strategy and execution of major initiatives across KYC, payments, onboarding, and safe gambling.
- Embed a test-and-learn culture using data, customer insight, and experimentation to maximise performance.
- Ensure strong early-life engagement to reduce friction, increase loyalty, and protect long-term value.
- Monitor performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and convert insight into clear commercial actions.
- Deliver clear commercial reporting and insights across revenue, customer, and journey metrics.
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, and Operations to drive aligned execution.
Requirements
- Previous experience within the sports betting, gaming, or wider iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of the market and audience.
- Commercially minded, analytical, and strategic, with strong planning and execution capability.
- Customer-obsessed, passionate about designing seamless, high-impact experiences.
- Experience in fast-paced digital businesses; gaming or betting experience is a plus.
- Proactive self-starter who adapts quickly to changing market and regulatory environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator and influencer across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Compliance, and Ops.
- Clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity, able to balance long-term strategy with hands-on delivery.
