About the role

  • Define and own the technical roadmap for React and React Native applications serving 100M+ users.
  • Make critical architectural decisions regarding scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Drive technical innovation by evaluating and introducing new technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Design systems that handle millions of concurrent users with high availability requirements.
  • Architect and develop complex, high-performance mobile and web applications.
  • Write production-grade code that serves as a reference implementation for the team.
  • Provide technical mentorship and coaching to engineers at all levels (SDE 1 to SDE 3).

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience in product companies.
  • 5+ years of deep, hands-on expertise with React.js and React Native.
  • 2+ years in technical leadership roles (Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of building and scaling production applications serving millions of users.
  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments (Gaming/FinTech/Consumer Tech preferred).
