About the role
- Own the day-to-day delivery of assigned FP&A transformation initiatives, ensuring achievements are met and high-quality execution is maintained
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for defined initiative areas, coordinating activities and managing progress
- Conduct analysis, gather business requirements, and support solution build activities across Group and divisional FP&A teams
- Support process mapping, documentation, and standardisation efforts to drive consistency across FP&A teams
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with collaborators
- Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives, advancing where required
- Assist in the implementation of new planning tools, templates, and frameworks, collaborating closely with technical teams and subject matter experts
- Support change management activities, including training, communications, and collaborator engagement
- Serve as a local advocate for new methods of working, encouraging adoption and resolving concerns
- Prepare communication materials, training content, and collaborator updates to support change
- Gather user feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to iterative build improvements
- Maintain RAID logs, project plans, and status updates, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Ensure alignment with broader finance transformation initiatives and maintain strong cross-functional coordination
Requirements
- Experience in transformation, project management, or process optimization within finance or a related function
- Strong organisational, communication, and collaborator coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively with collaborators across levels, functions, and geographies
- Analytical approach with comfort working with data, process flows, and structured problem-solving
- Degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related area
- FP&A or broader finance experience helpful but not essential
- Familiarity with planning tools, digital transformation, or finance systems desirable
