Product Manager

• Own the vision and roadmap for your Product Delivery Vertical, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial priorities
• Collaborate with the Product Architect to shape technical design and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
• Translate customer, market, and regulatory insights into a value-driven, prioritised backlog
• Balance delivery of regulatory obligations, customer enhancements, innovation, and technical debt reduction
• Track and report PDV performance against agreed KPIs (velocity, quality, commercial value)
• Represent the PDV in quarterly planning, governance, and release readiness forums
• Engage directly with customers, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders to validate requirements and roadmap priorities
• Ensure operational readiness for all releases, including appropriate enablement and support resources.
