About the role
- Lead in-depth discovery with C-level and business leaders to uncover priorities and quantify the impact of change.
- Apply Gap Selling principles to lead in-depth discovery with business leaders to uncover priorities and quantify the impact of change.
- Lead Field Strategists and Solution Engineers in the sales process to tailor engagements to the customer needs
- Shape compelling business cases and value stories that connect technology to measurable business results.
- Orchestrate multi-stakeholder engagement to secure commitment and drive transformation projects to close.
Requirements
- 5+ years in complex B2B solution sales (SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation preferred).
- Have a track record of engaging senior stakeholders on strategic and business issues, not just product.
- Can demonstrate deals where you uncovered unrecognized business problems and delivered measurable ROI.
- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder, complex opportunities to a successful close.
- A good understanding of Gap Selling and Challenger Sales.
- Are confident discussing KPIs, operational models, and financial impacts in detail with client leadership.
