About the role
- Develop and nurtures solid and long-term professional differentiating relationships with assigned international accounts
- Understand market and customer data to identify opportunities and support profitable growth, aligned with FLS strategic growth objectives
- Drive Global Account / Market Diversity by maintaining and growing our traditional market and generate over-proportional growth in other areas
- Work closely together with the FLS Operational Teams to delivery timely, high quality products and services to customer
- Develop and maintain a Corporate Account Plan, which is tights to the regional / site individual account plans / initiatives
- Develop and ensure Goals and Objectives of direct reports are met or exceeded, and manage shortfalls through training and support
- Meet annual financial and non-financial goals as agreed by management
- Develop and maintain good contacts with the BU’s, Aftermarket organization and the Commercial Operations teams so customer needs are addressed swiftly
- Provide active support to Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives
- Support and own the FlowForce CRM program usage as the Sales tool which drives future business growth
- Provide professional communication and implementation of company’s strategies and policies
Requirements
- Preferable a graduate degree such as an MBA but minimal a Bachelor Degree in business or marketing
- Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing and the core industries FLS is serving
- Knowledge of the Original Equipment business for pumps and seals
- Background in aftermarket development
- Experience with Head-Quarter accounts and project follow-up
- Demonstrated skills in communication, presentation and influencing
- Fluent working knowledge of the English language verbally and in writing
- Additional Spanish, French or German Language is preferred
- Team-player and Manager, with well developed interpersonal skills
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- IT literate – MS Office, include Excel skills, and computerized Sales systems
- Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels within the business
- Commitment to implement best practices in Sales, and motivate others
- Superior multitasking skills, able to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of responsibility is required
