About the role

  • Reporting to the Director of Commercial Excellence - FPD, the Commercial Excellence Program Manager facilitates the implementation of Flowserve’s Commercial Excellence strategy.
  • Orchestrating the execution, coordination, and scale-up of related initiatives across multiple regions, functions, and workstreams.
  • Ensure global readiness and adoption of Commercial Excellence training, tools, and processes.
  • Develop and maintain integrated Commercial Excellence workplans across training, analytics, enablement, and supporting initiatives.
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and progress across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Establish and maintain operating cadence, including status reviews, governance routines, and leadership updates.
  • Own execution and readiness of Commercial Excellence training programs globally.
  • Coordinate rollout schedules, sequencing, and logistics across regions.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Commercial Excellence, Analytics, IT, Pricing, Marketing, and Operations teams to align stakeholders around priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Identify execution challenges and adoption barriers across regions.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in program management or similar roles.
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience
  • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • MS Tools, Excel (intermediate to advanced), PowerPoint
  • Proven experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives in global or matrixed organizations.
  • Experience applying Agile or structured delivery methodologies in a business environment.
  • Strong enterprise mindset with ability to connect work across functions.
  • Exceptional organizational and execution skills.
  • Clear, structured communicator able to simplify complexity and drive collaboration.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a bias toward action.
  • Preferred: Exposure to sales enablement, analytics, digital tools, or commercial processes preferred.
