About the role
- Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies aimed at generating B2C leads for the lead acquisition team;
- Manage and optimize campaigns using a variety of tools integrated with the CRM;
- Analyze and segment databases to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant audiences with the highest conversion potential;
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analysis and feedback from the lead acquisition team;
- Ensure the lead acquisition team has a steady flow of qualified leads to work on;
- Set up CRM workflows, email sequences, email marketing, and other actions focused on B2C lead acquisition.
- Develop and implement outbound marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and automation, aimed at generating B2B leads for the lead acquisition team;
- Create and optimize persuasive copy for email campaigns, automation sequences, and other materials with a focus on conversion;
- Manage and optimize email campaigns and nurturing flows using a variety of tools integrated with our CRM;
- Analyze and segment databases to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant audiences with the highest conversion potential;
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analysis and feedback from the lead acquisition team;
- Ensure the lead acquisition team has a steady flow of qualified leads to work on;
- Stay up to date with B2B marketing, copywriting and technology trends, applying new techniques and tools as needed;
- Configure CRM workflows, email sequences, email marketing and other actions focused on B2B lead acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields;
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, concise copy;
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and/or marketing automation tools;
- Analytical skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets);
- Proficiency in reading English;
- Quick learner when it comes to software;
- Enjoys the integration between marketing and sales teams;
- Ability to create advertising content that is engaging and persuasive;
- Knowledge of lead acquisition strategies;
- Knowledge of copywriting techniques and psychological triggers applied to emails and CTAs (calls-to-action);
- Basic understanding of A/B testing for campaign optimization;
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using Google Looker Studio;
- Ability to analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for campaigns;
- Experience building and maintaining relevant, up-to-date email lists within CRM systems;
- Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate email marketing campaigns with a focus on conversion.
