About the role

  • You develop well-considered processes and automations, from analysis and concept through to implementation in the client account.
  • You actively advise on technical questions related to automations, APIs, exports, plugins, and integrations — both internally and externally.
  • You help further develop our template library.
  • You contribute structured customer feedback, especially regarding technical requirements.
  • You test your own solutions, explore alternative approaches, and find the best solution for each use case.

Requirements

  • Experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or as an IT project manager, ideally in a SaaS company.
  • Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, JSON, automations).
  • Enjoy diving deep into a product and getting to know it thoroughly.
  • Problem-solving ability and structured, detail-oriented thinking.
  • Self-directed work style, willingness to contribute ideas, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German & English).
