Customer Success Manager

• You prioritize and resolve tickets with clear ownership, document thoroughly, and use findings to drive immediate process improvements.
• You own a customer portfolio and independently manage standard onboardings from kick-off to go-live, measuring their success.
• You configure (demo) accounts, carefully migrate existing data, and ensure operational readiness.
• You identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, propose next steps, and hand them off in a structured way to Senior CSMs.
• You are responsible for internal projects and process initiatives within the CS area in close coordination with our Head of CS, independently driving implementation, documentation, and roll-out.
