Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience building and leading a Customer Success team, ideally in the B2B SaaS space serving SMBs.
Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of KPIs, market trends, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong leadership skills; able to inspire the team and motivate them to deliver outstanding results.
Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally — fluent in German and English.
