About the role
- Develop well-considered processes and automations from analysis through concept to implementation in the customer account.
- Provide proactive technical consulting on topics related to automations, APIs, exports, plugins, and integrations.
- Help shape the template landscape—clear, reusable, and well-documented.
- Provide structured customer feedback, especially regarding technical requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or as an IT project manager, ideally within a SaaS company.
- Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, JSON, automations).
- Enjoy diving deep into a product and knowing it as well as (or better than) almost anyone else.
- Problem-solving skills; structured and detail-oriented.
- Independent work style and the ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German & English).
