About the role
- Develop, implement, and oversee facilities and maintenance strategies across corporate offices
- Ensure facilities, building systems, and infrastructure are safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for preventive maintenance programs, capital planning, vendor management, and facilities compliance
- Partner closely with corporate functions to support business continuity and long-term infrastructure sustainability across the enterprise
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years of progressive experience in facilities and maintenance management
- Experience supporting multi-site operations
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
- Proven experience managing projects and vendor relationships
- Working knowledge of OHSA, building codes, and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, Business or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
