About the role
- Responsible for plant operations activities at an individual plant site, with the following functions: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead the achievement of a zero-injury workplace by ensuring safe work conditions for team members.
- Responsible for all aspects of operations and achieving key performance measurements related to personnel safety, quality and food safety, service, and cost.
- Develop and execute programs for the plant site to increase productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for Plant financial P&L performance, directs, manages, and monitors the overall plant operations.
Requirements
- 5 – 7 years’ plant management experience in a CPG manufacturing environment.
- Operations/Engineering/Supply Chain Management relevant degree.
