About the role
- Matches invoices to proper receiving tickets from the Receiving Clerk.
- Distribution of Payroll Checks.
- Prepares financial reports including bank deposits, cashier sheets, etc.
- Reconciles Cash Disbursement, Payroll and outstanding bank accounts.
- Prepares Managers Report.
- Analyzes General Ledger Accounts.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area.
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
- Performance of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
Requirements
- This is an entry level job; however, some type of accounting internship is preferred.
