Collect and compile HR data from HRIS, ATS, performance management systems, engagement surveys, and other relevant databases.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
Maintain and update HR databases and dashboards.
Develop and document data management processes and procedures.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to recruitment, retention, performance, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development.
Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to communicate HR data insights to stakeholders, including HR team members, managers, and senior leadership.
Present data findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner using charts, graphs, and other data visualization techniques.
Respond to data requests from stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information.
Translate data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations to improve HR processes, programs, and strategies.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and other departments to understand data needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes; support implementation of new HR technologies from a data perspective.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in an HR context.
Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems.
Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Ability to create clear and compelling data visualizations.
Understanding of key HR metrics and their business implications.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
