Sales Development Rep

• Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage high-potential leads through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
• Own the First Impression: Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that reflects each prospect’s industry, challenges, and goals.
• Take the First Meetings: Conduct discovery calls and initial meetings to understand the prospect’s needs, validate fit, and guide them through the early stages of the process, until the opportunity is ready to be handed off to Sales.
• Leverage AI & ABM: Use AI-powered platforms and ABM tools to research, segment, and personalize at scale.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Align outreach strategies with ongoing campaigns and ensure a seamless lead handoff.
• Track & Optimize: Measure performance using CRM data, adjust messaging, and share insights with the team.
• Stay Curious: Continuously experiment with new techniques and tools to increase engagement and conversion rates.
