About the role
- Own annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and ongoing spend projections for Marketing and External Affairs
- Build and maintain accrual- and cash-based budget models with clean outputs for our FP&A system (Pigment)
- Partner with leaders to manage budgets dynamically, including reallocations and tradeoff analysis
- Deliver ROI and performance analyses tied to CAC, Magic Number, channel efficiency, attribution, and pricing
- Own budget vs. actuals reporting and support month-end close, accruals, and prepaids
- Support 13-week cash forecasting and headcount planning in partnership with HR and Recruiting
- Serve as the primary finance partner to Marketing and External Affairs leadership
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Public Accounting; Marketing/GTM experience preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Comfort managing complex OpEx budgets with shifting priorities
- Strong business judgment and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Clear, confident communicator with senior leaders and non-finance partners
- Experience with Pigment, NetSuite, Coupa, Sigma, and BI tools preferred
