About the role

  • Drive FLO's strategic performance
  • Lead the budgeting process and develop multi-year financial plans
  • Produce quarterly financial forecasts
  • Design and deliver management reporting for senior leadership
  • Monitor and analyze key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Act as a strategic partner to department directors
  • Optimize FP&A tools, systems and processes
  • Coach and develop a financial analyst

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field (required).
  • CPA designation (strongly preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 to 12 years of progressive corporate finance experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in FP&A.
  • Proven experience managing a team in a high-performance environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Data visualization and BI skills (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS / ASPE) and financial statements.
  • Familiarity with valuation concepts, corporate finance and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
