About the role

  • You conduct advisory and development conversations with customers (remotely and, if necessary, on-site) based on clear use cases and decision-making logic.
  • You strategically manage and grow existing single-customer accounts and guide them toward larger packages and long-term adoption.
  • You work with clearly defined lead sources (e.g., inbound, referrals, marketing, proactive outreach) and take ownership from first contact through to closing.
  • You identify growth opportunities, negotiate offers within the SME framework, and close deals that are modest in size but scalable.
  • You actively contribute to building an efficient, repeatable SME sales model and collaborate closely with Customer Support, Marketing, and IT.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably with an insurance focus or with SaaS products.
  • Enthusiasm for sales: you proactively approach customers, spot opportunities, and enjoy closing deals.
  • Consultative skills and a good understanding of digital processes.
  • Self-organization and a desire to work autonomously.
  • Energy and willingness to help build a new team and structures from the ground up.
