• Take end-to-end ownership of Flipdish’s Managed Marketing service, including performance, customer outcomes, and commercial success
• Review the current service, processes, and tooling to identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and results
• Define a clear vision for the role of Managed Marketing within the wider Flipdish ecosystem
• Own and oversee PPC performance across multiple customer accounts, primarily Google Ads
• Ensure best-in-class account structure, optimisation, budget allocation, and performance monitoring
• Evaluate current supporting channels such as Google Business Profile optimisation, Google Analytics and managed SMS
• Propose, validate, and support the launch of service extensions, potentially including paid social, social media management, and photography services
• Design and implement scalable onboarding workflows for new Managed Marketing customers
• Transition customer reporting from manual processes to standardised, automated solutions
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, Canva, or similar platforms
• Leverage scripts, APIs, and AI tools to manage accounts, reporting, and insights efficiently at scale
• Own the P&L for Managed Marketing, ensuring the service operates profitably and sustainably
• Build forecasts and capacity models to support growth planning and decision-making
• Partner with finance and leadership to track margins, costs, and service performance
• Define clear ICP criteria and eligibility guidelines for Managed Marketing customers
• Create and enforce guidance for commercial teams on which customers are suitable for managed advertising spend and which are not
• Support sales and account teams with pricing logic, positioning, and expectation setting
• Work with the wider marketing team to increase awareness and adoption of Managed Marketing services
• Define delivery standards, success metrics, and reporting frameworks across the service
• Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all managed accounts
• Act as the internal subject-matter expert on B2C managed acquisition and performance marketing
• Apply AI and automation tools to improve performance, efficiency, and ROI across managed accounts
• Use automation to reduce manual effort through scripts, APIs, and workflow optimisation
• Apply AI-driven insights pragmatically to campaign optimisation, reporting, and service improvement
• Exercise strong judgement on where automation adds value and where human oversight is required.

Product Designer

• Design user-centred solutions from discovery through to delivery
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand problems and shape solutions
• Create clear UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Contribute to our design system and maintain consistency across the product
• Take part in design reviews and user feedback sessions

• Define and evolve the product design vision, principles, and quality bar as the company scales
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap
• Advocate for user-centred design and evidence-based decision-making across the organisation
• Actively contribute to design work on key initiatives — from discovery through to delivery
• Lead or support complex problem-solving, UX flows, and high-impact features
• Review and refine design output to ensure consistency, usability, and craft excellence
• Build, manage, and mentor a growing team of product designers
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and career development support
• Create an environment where designers can do their best work and grow with the company
• Establish and improve design processes that scale without becoming heavy-weight
• Work closely with Product Managers on discovery, prioritisation, and outcomes

Head of Product Design

• Own end-to-end design for key product areas, from research and discovery to high-fidelity design and release
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems and deliver thoughtful solutions
• Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system and patterns
• Give and receive constructive design feedback, raising the quality of work across the team.

Senior Product Designer

Outside Sales

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients within assigned territories. Use tools like CRM systems and other lead generation platforms to build a robust pipeline.
• Client Outreach: Engage with prospects through a mix of field visits, phone calls, emails, and social media outreach. Deliver compelling pitches tailored to the needs and pain points of prospects.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings or product demonstrations for the Field Sales Account Executives. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff process.
• Territory Management: Maintain a consistent field presence by visiting potential client locations. Attend networking events, trade shows, and local business gatherings to represent the company.
• Data Management: Update and manage prospect data in the CRM system. Track and report on key performance metrics, including outreach activities, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Collaboration: Partner with Field Sales Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and feedback from the field.

Sales Development Representative – Field Sales

Social Media Manager

• Build relationships with Flipdish customers across the UK and Ireland through regular on-site visits.
• Identify, capture, and develop authentic customer success stories that reflect real operational and commercial outcomes.
• Create high-quality video, photo, and written content that amplifies the voice of the customer and showcases Flipdish in real-world use.
• Own and manage Flipdish’s social media presence across priority channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Maintain a consistent weekly publishing cadence aligned to brand, commercial, and regional priorities.
• Ensure social content reflects momentum, customer success, and market presence rather than promotional or campaign-led messaging.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify customers suitable for storytelling and case study development.
• Support commercial teams with up-to-date customer proof for sales conversations, partnerships, events, and presentations.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing on larger storytelling moments, launches, and campaigns where customer involvement is required.
• Provide in-market support for VP of Marketing for customer-led events, PR moments, and partnerships.
• Attend relevant industry events to capture content and strengthen Flipdish’s community presence where appropriate.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer participation is well-managed and aligned with brand standards.
• Support the Digital Demand Generation Lead with day-to-day management of B2B paid social accounts across Meta and TikTok.
• Execute campaign builds, creative testing, audience setup, and optimisation under direction from the Demand Generation Lead.
• Collaborate on translating customer stories and content into paid social creative for prospecting and retargeting.
• Ensure paid social activity remains aligned with brand guidelines and messaging standards.

Account Executive – Field Sales

Account Manager

• Take ownership of a portfolio of restaurant clients across Ireland, focusing on retention strategies and identifying opportunities to upsell additional Flipdish products and services. Collaborate closely with the Activations and Sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and accelerated growth for new accounts.
• Proactively monitor customer health scores and identify potential churn risks. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate churn and optimise customer satisfaction through product adoption, feature optimisation, and effective case management.
• Work closely with teams including Product, Support, and Sales teams to advocate for customer needs, drive product enhancements, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Utilise data analytics and insights to inform strategic decision-making, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Leverage data to develop personalised customer engagement strategies and drive measurable outcomes.
• Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by identifying opportunities for feature expansion, cross-selling of partner products, and strategic account planning. Develop and execute tailored account growth strategies to maximise customer lifetime value and revenue potential.
• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and pain points. Effectively communicate Flipdish’s value proposition and demonstrate ROI to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
