Field Engineer

• Own end-to-end on-site implementations of Flipdish solutions, ensuring hardware and software are installed and configured correctly.
• Build deep product knowledge (accounts, configurations, workflows) so you can tailor setups to each restaurant’s needs.
• Deliver clear on-site training and practical support so restaurant teams can adopt Flipdish confidently.
• Troubleshoot hardware/technical issues on-site; escalate appropriately and keep customers informed throughout.
• Partner with the Onboarding team to plan work, manage timelines, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Keep accurate records of installs, customer interactions, and issues; provide regular, clear updates to the team.
• Challenge poor decisions and propose better ways of working; prioritising harmony over truth or progress is a failure of responsibility.

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle for your territory - from prospecting and first outreach through discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, balancing warm inbound leads with proactive outbound prospecting.
• Run compelling face-to-face meetings and tailored demos that clearly link Flipdish’s value to each customer’s commercial and operational goals.
• Listen, diagnose, and advise - uncover pain points, build a consultative business case, and recommend the right solution and commercial structure.
• Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders, handle objections, and move opportunities forward with pace and professionalism.
• Challenge poor decisions and propose better ways of working.
