About the role
- You own the entire recruiting function — with a focus on Sales and Engineering roles
- Work closely with hiring managers as a true sparring partner — from role definition and success profiles to the hiring plan
- Build and evolve a scalable, data-driven recruiting setup that combines speed, quality and candidate experience
- Responsible for recruiting KPIs, dashboards and reporting (e.g., time-to-hire, funnel conversions, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness)
- Use AI tools and automation to make sourcing, screening, outreach and reporting more efficient
- Build strong talent pipelines through creative and innovative sourcing strategies that go beyond traditional job boards (networks, events, passive candidates)
- Manage our referral program and collaborate with agencies/headhunters when needed
- Continuously optimize our hiring processes and enable stakeholders in the area of modern, AI-supported recruiting
- Act as a Talent Brand Ambassador for Flip — actively shape a positive, respectful candidate experience
- Plan and run internal referral jams to further increase our strong referral rate
- Actively shape and strengthen Flip's employer brand across various social media channels and own our Employer Value Proposition playbook
- Proactively solve recruiting challenges to reliably meet our hiring goals
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing SaaS or tech environment (agency experience is a plus)
- Proven success hiring Sales and Engineering roles
- Passion for active sourcing — you develop creative strategies and consistently win top talent
- Able to manage multiple roles simultaneously without losing oversight (or compromising the candidate experience)
- A data-driven mindset and enjoyment of comprehensive reporting
- Practical experience using AI-powered recruiting tools and/or building efficient systems for candidate outreach and management
- You work independently, take ownership and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills in German and English — you convince leaders and excite candidates.
