Bookkeeper

• You are responsible for all tasks related to financial accounting
• Posting bank transactions, outgoing and incoming invoices
• You handle the planning and execution of all payment transactions domestically and internationally, and monitor all account activity and credit card statements
• Support and close collaboration with Controlling as well as operations and executive management
• You take responsibility for reviewing and processing invoices and filing all supporting documents
• You perform month-end closings and act as the primary contact for the tax office, auditors, and tax advisors
• You are responsible for conducting credit checks on customers and business partners as well as for dunning and debt collection processes
• Support and close collaboration with Controlling
