About the role
- You are responsible for all tasks related to financial accounting
- Posting bank transactions, outgoing and incoming invoices
- You handle the planning and execution of all payment transactions domestically and internationally, and monitor all account activity and credit card statements
- Support and close collaboration with Controlling as well as operations and executive management
- You take responsibility for reviewing and processing invoices and filing all supporting documents
- You perform month-end closings and act as the primary contact for the tax office, auditors, and tax advisors
- You are responsible for conducting credit checks on customers and business partners as well as for dunning and debt collection processes
- Support and close collaboration with Controlling
Requirements
- Completed commercial education (HAK, HASCH) or a commercial apprenticeship
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Enthusiasm for accounting and financial management, with a strong numerical aptitude
- Several years of experience in financial accounting
- High affinity for numbers and very good mathematical and analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of RZL Software
- Extensive knowledge of finance and tax law
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Extensive, reliable IT skills and confident use of MS Office and electronic interfaces with tax advisors and the tax authorities
- Your working style is very well organized, particularly tidy, reliable and precise
