About the role

  • Transform wireframes, Figma designs, and creative briefs into pixel-perfect, live web pages using WordPress, Elementor, and custom HTML/CSS/JS.
  • Ensure all pages are fully responsive, mobile-optimized, and visually consistent with FLiiP’s brand guidelines across all devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate daily with the Brand Designer and Growth team to implement layout, animations, and copy accurately.
  • Create custom shortcodes and tailor WordPress themes/templates to accommodate specific design needs without over-relying on bloated plugins.
  • Take full ownership of the technical health of the marketing website, including uptime monitoring, hosting environments, and database management.
  • Safely manage routine maintenance, including WordPress core updates, Elementor updates, and third-party plugin audits.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues affecting site speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
  • Optimize PHP functions and implement caching/CDN strategies to ensure lightning-fast page load times.
  • Connect and configure marketing forms, CTAs, tracking pixels, and basic automations using HubSpot and Google Tag Manager.
  • Maintain lightweight data integrations between the website and our MarTech stack using standard REST APIs, Webhooks, or tools like Zapier/Make.
  • Assist the Growth team in setting up proper tracking, analytics, and A/B testing parameters for campaign measurement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building and managing WordPress websites, ideally in a B2B SaaS, startup, or agency environment.
  • Strong front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and deep expertise in Elementor and WordPress architecture.
  • Solid understanding of PHP to manage WordPress backend logic, customize themes, and troubleshoot server-side conflicts.
  • A keen eye for design with proven experience extracting assets from Figma and translating them into highly polished web experiences.
  • Experience with standard marketing tools and integrations (HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Strong grasp of website performance optimization (page speed, technical SEO basics, image optimization).
  • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously across time zones.

  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and A/B testing platforms.
  • Experience writing basic scripts (e.g., Python or JS) for lightweight AI workflows or custom API automations.
  • Experience working with small, fast-moving marketing teams in growth-stage startups.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and GDPR/privacy tracking regulations.
