Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support leadership strategic decisions by providing the right data, clear analysis, and a strong point of view
• Build decision-ready dashboards and ad hoc analyses to inform trade-offs (pricing, investments, hiring, cash allocation)
• Partner with the CEO and exec team to challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy over time
• Own monthly close in Xero and deliver accurate management financials by day 10 after month-end
• Own balance sheet integrity: reconciliations, accruals, deferred revenue, and clean audit trail
• Implement lightweight controls that scale as we grow
• Own and maintain revenue recognition policies and execution across subscriptions, annual contracts, and payments-related revenue
• Ensure alignment between billing (ChargeOver), accounting (Xero), and operational reality
• Partner with external accountants as needed — but you own the result
• Own weekly KPI reporting with clear definitions and consistency
• Produce a monthly tactical board package (KPIs and operating commentary) and support quarterly deep-dive reporting
• Provide variance analysis that drives decisions, not just reporting
• Own AR and collections for annual contracts, and maintain a predictable collections rhythm
• Maintain and improve dunning processes, follow-ups, and internal accountability
• Report AR aging and collection performance trends
• Own payments margin reporting: take rate revenue, processing costs, refunds, chargebacks, disputes
• Ensure clean reconciliation between payments activity, ChargeOver billing, and Xero accounting
• Manage payment partner relationship from an execution and economics standpoint (commercial terms, reporting, controls)
• Build dashboards that show payments profitability and operational risk clearly
• Maintain cash forecasting and runway visibility (monthly cadence, clear assumptions)
• Recommend practical spend guardrails tied to performance and forecast
• Coach and manage a Financial Analyst and external bookkeeper
• Manage external bookkeeping and accounting partners as needed
• Support basic HR-admin workflows (onboarding/offboarding documentation, payroll coordination) on an interim basis, until a dedicated People function is in place
• Support legal and admin workflows related to finance (vendor paperwork, contracts coordination, compliance support)

Social Media Manager

• Own FLiiP’s Social Channels
• Manage day-to-day publishing and performance on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Maintain a consistent posting rhythm so social never goes dark.
• Ensure all channels reflect a clear, cohesive brand story for FLiiP.
• Build and Run the Social Content Calendar
• Plan monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, events, and the broader GTM plan.
• Balance brand, educational, behind-the-scenes, and conversion-oriented content.
• Proactively surface ideas and themes that will resonate with commercial gym operators.
• Create and Edit Content
• Script, shoot, or direct short-form videos (talking head, screen-record, carousels, simple explainers, customer highlights, UGC-style clips).
• Edit clips, add captions, overlays, and hooks using simple, modern tools.
• Repurpose existing assets (webinars, blog posts, product demos, podcasts, customer calls) into platform-native content.
• Collaborate Across the Growth & Content Team
• Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Manager, and Brand Designer to turn core messages and campaigns into social-first content.
• Translate product and GTM priorities into content that feels organic to each platform.
• Coordinate timelines and assets so social is tightly connected to launches, events, and outbound campaigns.
• Grow and Engage the Audience
• Focus on top-of-funnel metrics: followers, reach, saves, shares, and profile visits from our ICP.
• Actively engage with gym owners, operators, partners, and influencers through comments, DMs, and community interactions.
• Experiment with content formats, hooks, and posting times to learn what works and scale it.
• Leverage AI and Modern Tools
• Use AI tools (for example ChatGPT, Descript, OpusClip, CapCut, etc.) to accelerate scripting, caption writing, clipping, and repurposing.
• Build repeatable workflows so you can go from raw idea or long-form asset to multi-platform content in a structured way.
• Measure, Learn, and Iterate
• Track channel performance and content performance using native analytics and reporting tools.
• Report on what is working, what is not, and what you will test next.
• Use data to refine the calendar, creative angles, and content mix.

Customer Success Manager

• Guide new clients through the onboarding steps while transitioning from their previous software to FLiiP
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue generation within our customer base
• Advise customers on how to improve their performance and their return on investment
• Clearly communicate the benefits of new product features and ensure customers adopt them quickly
• Work closely with our product and engineering teams to resolve issues
• Work collaboratively with clients to help them fully understand our value and achieve results

• Ensure on time, accurate execution of recurring finance operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, payroll support and benefits updates.
• Prepare journal entries and key account reconciliations. Support government reporting and tax filings to keep us compliant and up to date.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations between payment processors (Adyen, Paysafe, Bambora), our bank accounts and our billing platform.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payouts, fees and chargebacks.
• Prepare clear reports on revenue, fees and net settlements by processor and by client.
• Help prepare and validate monthly SaaS KPI reports (MRR, churn, ARPU, collections), and investigate anomalies in revenue or expense data.
• Support leadership with essential administrative tasks, including organizing FLiiP events, preparing for key meetings, managing HR processes, and handling general office management initiatives.
• Use tools like Xero, ChargeOver, Float and our payment platforms to reduce manual work, improve data accuracy and speed up month end close.
