About the role
- Systematically develop existing customers and generate new subscription revenue through structured online consulting and consistent closing
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Proactively and systematically engage and advise customers in online meetings
- Develop clear value stories and appropriate offer/module logic
- Conduct closing-oriented conversations from qualification through proposal to closing
- Build, maintain and manage a reliable pipeline in the CRM system
- Manage activities based on KPIs (e.g., appointment volume, conversion rate, closing rate)
- Work closely with Field Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations
- Provide systematic customer and market feedback
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B inside sales, sales operations/inside sales or account expansion
- Proven track record in upselling/cross-selling and closing (end-to-end deal ownership)
- Excellent remote communication skills for needs assessment, value argumentation and closing
- KPI-driven way of working with a clear activity-to-results logic
- Strong commitment to follow-up and structured weekly and funnel planning
- Regular CRM usage to ensure transparency and manageability
- Experience with subscription models and recurring revenue (ARR/MRR concepts) (nice-to-have)
- Experience in grocery retail (LEH), marketing services or SaaS-based business models (nice-to-have)
