Sales

• You will be responsible for a sales territory covering up to 200 km around your place of residence in or near Saxony
• The focus is on acquiring new business customers and reactivating former customers for our digital SaaS and marketing solutions
• Identify new customers in grocery retail (LEH) and small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), assess potential and approach them through telephone prospecting
• Plan, conduct and follow up on on-site appointments, develop opportunities and close deals under leasing or subscription models
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and ensure a smooth handover of new customers for a seamless start
• Manage activities and results based on defined KPIs, keep the CRM up to date daily, document visit reports and ensure full transparency for management and reporting
• Work closely with Marketing, Inside Sales and Operations, take over leads and execute market campaigns
• Feed market feedback on objections, competition and use cases back into the organization to continuously improve sales materials and pitches

Sales Hunter – New Business Acquisition

Inside Sales

• Systematically develop existing customers and generate new subscription revenue through structured online consulting and consistent closing
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
• Proactively and systematically engage and advise customers in online meetings
• Develop clear value stories and appropriate offer/module logic
• Conduct closing-oriented conversations from qualification through proposal to closing
• Build, maintain and manage a reliable pipeline in the CRM system
• Manage activities based on KPIs (e.g., appointment volume, conversion rate, closing rate)
• Work closely with Field Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations
• Provide systematic customer and market feedback

Inside Sales Manager

• As a Sales Hunter (m/f/d), you will be responsible for a sales territory within up to 200 km of your place of residence in or around North Rhine-Westphalia.
• Your focus is on acquiring new business customers and winning back former clients for our digital SaaS and marketing solutions.
• You identify, prospect for, and win new B2B customers at the decision-maker level.
• The emphasis of your work is on in-person client meetings on-site and telephone cold calling.
• You build your own sales pipeline and drive leads consistently through to closing.
• You uncover market potential, approach new customers, and evaluate opportunities to regain former clients.
• You independently plan, organize, and conduct client meetings and contract negotiations.
• You work in a structured, goal-oriented way aligned with clearly defined sales targets and KPIs.
• Close coordination with internal teams for handover after contract signing.

Sales Hunter – New Customer Acquisition

• Provide telephone-based consulting to our existing customers
• Identify potential opportunities and conduct structured sales conversations focused on our digital marketing solutions
• Proactive sales and appointment coordination through outbound sales calls with existing clients
• Prepare and present proposals, follow up, and independently close contracts
• Prepare your own client appointments, collect relevant information and coordinate internal alignments

Inside Sales Manager – Inside Sales Representative

• As a Sales Hunter (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for a defined sales territory and be responsible for acquiring new business customers as well as proactively winning back former customers for our digital SaaS and marketing solutions.
• You identify, prospect for, and win new B2B customers at the decision-maker level
• The focus of your role is on in-person client meetings on site, supplemented by structured cold calling
• You build your own pipeline and consistently drive leads through to close
• You uncover market potential, approach new customers and at the same time evaluate opportunities to win back former customers
