About the role

  • Provide telephone-based consulting to our existing customers
  • Identify potential opportunities and conduct structured sales conversations focused on our digital marketing solutions
  • Proactive sales and appointment coordination through outbound sales calls with existing clients
  • Prepare and present proposals, follow up, and independently close contracts
  • Prepare your own client appointments, collect relevant information and coordinate internal alignments

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in telephone sales of services or products
  • Experience in professional customer engagement, needs analysis and product consultation, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication skills, a positive presence and confident manner on the phone and in video conferences
  • Motivation, sales aptitude and confident objection-handling and complaint management
  • Structured working style with a focus on metrics (KPIs) and precise CRM documentation
  • Confident use of digital media and Office applications, and ability to work effectively in a team
