About the role
- Conduct outbound business-to-business (B2B) prospecting calls assigned by FlexTrades’ lead generation team
- Develop and nurture leads to generate and qualify multiple pipeline opportunities for new business on a weekly basis
- Partner with FlexTrades Client Solutions Managers to achieve web-based discovery presentations
- Answer questions regarding FlexTrades solutions, while identifying additional business opportunities
- Gather prospective client information and document in Salesforce CRM, with high degree of accuracy and consistency
- Schedule prospective qualified clients for meetings with our Client Solutions team
- Partner with team members to observe interactions throughout the sales cycle
Requirements
- 1-3 years Business to business (B2B) sales experience required
- Proven sales skills, self-drive and communication skills
- Strong ability to show curiosity for uncovering prospective client needs
- Experience utilizing technology tools (MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and CRM experience)
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred (will consider sales experience in lieu of degree)
- Limited travel required (quarterly sales meetings)
- Manufacturing Industry experience preferred
- Staffing/Workforce Solutions experience
