Business Operations

• Partner with multiple functional and line of business individuals globally including but not limited to: Sales, Client Services, Marketing, HR and Finance
• Develop & improve analytics dashboards/report for key stakeholders
• Reinforce and maintain key operational metrics, market intelligence and improvement programs.
• Facilitate workshops/sprints for project management and tracking
• Ensure Salesforce, LinkSquares and other tool data is up to date.
• Work closely with sales team members to monitor the performance metrics and initiatives to ensure sales organization success
• Ensure new initiatives are being monitored and tracked diligently based on feedback from sales
• Identify top market/competitor trends in terms of sales and operations best practices to ensure our project/initiatives portfolio is prioritizing the right initiatives

• Partner with multiple functional and line of business leaders globally to enhance / develop customized Copilot Agents in Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce (& potentially other solutions in future)
• Help improve the AI adoption by working closely with key business/functional leads & teams
• Work with 3rd parties to understand developing technologies & innovation in AI & contextualize/leverage that knowledge/skill within the organization
• Work closely with Client Services to capture client/broker feedback, analyze, synthesize, and present key pain-points and improvement opportunities resulting in project pipeline and prioritization
• Analyze the end-to-end client services experience to identify and prioritize key issues and opportunities
• Prioritize implementation of automated solutions through Salesforce and help to prioritize roadmap initiatives based on business and client impact

• Design and implement new features on the product roadmap using Scala, Akka, and gRPC.
• Take initiative and be resourceful in gathering requirements from Project Managers and other sources.
• Identify and implement performance enhancements in the core product.
• Implement bug fixes and assist with production support as needed.
• Collaborate with other members of the team while proactively problem solving.
• Work on FlexTrade’s FlexONE OEMS platform (OMS and EMS) – development of flagship buy-side OMS.

Client Services Representative

• OMS Implementation and Support Engineers are responsible for all technical activities associated with the deployment and ongoing support of the FlexTrade Order Management System for SellSide clients.
• Configure systems and workflows for new client deployments and upgrades.
• Ensure the availability of systems and workflows for existing clients.
• Troubleshoot and mitigate production system issues and outages.
• Design, configure, test, troubleshoot and develop solutions to provide best of breed functionality to our clients.
• Contribute technical expertise when working with internal and external resources to deliver value added functionality or to resolve production issues.
• Work closely with internal and external resources throughout the SellSide OMS vertical, including Product and Project Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Testers, Developers and Trading Desk personnel.
