About the role

  • Partner with multiple functional and line of business individuals globally including but not limited to: Sales, Client Services, Marketing, HR and Finance
  • Develop & improve analytics dashboards/report for key stakeholders
  • Reinforce and maintain key operational metrics, market intelligence and improvement programs.
  • Facilitate workshops/sprints for project management and tracking
  • Ensure Salesforce, LinkSquares and other tool data is up to date.
  • Work closely with sales team members to monitor the performance metrics and initiatives to ensure sales organization success
  • Ensure new initiatives are being monitored and tracked diligently based on feedback from sales
  • Identify top market/competitor trends in terms of sales and operations best practices to ensure our project/initiatives portfolio is prioritizing the right initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for sales process improvement and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Partner with multiple functional and line of business leaders globally to enhance / develop customized Copilot Agents in Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce (& potentially other solutions in future)
  • Help improve the AI adoption by working closely with key business/functional leads & teams
  • Work with 3rd parties to understand developing technologies & innovation in AI & contextualize/leverage that knowledge/skill within the organization
  • Work closely with Client Services to capture client/broker feedback, analyze, synthesize, and present key pain-points and improvement opportunities resulting in project pipeline and prioritization
  • Analyze the end-to-end client services experience to identify and prioritize key issues and opportunities
  • Prioritize implementation of automated solutions through Salesforce and help to prioritize roadmap initiatives based on business and client impact
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and foster an environment of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Business Administration or other affiliated specialties like Engineering, MBA, or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years in progressive functional business and/or operations roles with demonstrated experience in Technology Implementation/ Project Management and/or sales improvement /transformation
  • Management/technology/business transformation experience
  • Previous experience working in a financial service and/or technology company.
  • Familiarity with Trading and Order/Execution Management Systems and/or subscription-based business models a plus
  • High proficiency in project management & analytical / data visualization tools such as advanced Excel & Power BI is a must
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI with hands-on experience in Context Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic Workflows.
  • Proven experience working with public LLM APIs, such as OpenAI Response API and OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Strong knowledge of Model Context Protocol – Practical experience in building MCP servers using frameworks like FastMCP is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRMs - Contract Lifecycle Management, Jira, Service Now etc is preferred
  • Ability to convey confidence, respect and trust, as well as maintain confidentiality of all company information
  • Strong ability to drive and manage global projects to completion, communicating a clear vision, while effectively managing different stakeholders
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities – Ability to develop partnerships with functional teams
